  • Consult with a healthcare provider: Speak with a healthcare provider about the best course of action to prevent cold sore outbreaks before and after the procedure. They can provide personalized recommendations based on the client's medical history and risk factors.
  • Use topical treatments: Apply topical antiviral creams or ointments to the lips before and after the procedure, as recommended by a healthcare provider.
  • Avoid triggers: Avoid known triggers that can contribute to cold sore outbreaks, such as stress, sun exposure, and certain foods.
  • Maintain good hygiene: Practice good hygiene, including washing hands regularly and avoiding touching the lips, to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
  • Inform the artist: Inform Blush N Blades about the history of cold sores so they can take appropriate precautions during the procedure
  • Post-care: Follow post-care instructions carefully to ensure proper healing and minimize the risk of complications.

It's important for clients prone to cold sores to discuss their concerns with both their healthcare provider and Blush n Blades to ensure a safe and successful lip blushing procedure.
